Starpointe Communities, an Arizona developer, launched a new planned urban development called Artesia. The innovation and beauty of their luxury homes was not adequately reflected in their marketing presence, so they for help.
Using a staged approach, we raised the quality of the brand in its entirety, bringing consistency to font, color and image use. As part of this, we developed a suite of sales-focused marketing collateral that complemented the luxury of the product and the aquatic name theme. This process included developing new marketing materials for Artesia.
To help drive growth across new markets such as both the East and West Coast we also leveraged Artesia’s unequaled live/work atmosphere, producing an tropical field that helped consumers buy into the brand.
